Hello, Corbett Families! I am Mrs. Navarro, your child's librarian while at Corbett. I graduated from Texas State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and then from University of North Texas in 2014 with a Master of Science degree in Library and Information Science. I have taught preschool, third, fourth, seventh, and eighth grades, and I've also been both an elementary and junior high librarian. I married my wonderful husband in 2007, and we are proud SCUC residents and parents of four children who either already do or will attend SCUC schools. Aside from sharing the love of reading with students, my passion is to make the library a welcoming and safe place for all students.
