About Us

Serving Grades Pre-K through 4 🌟📚

At our school, students arrive full of curiosity and leave ready to lead with confidence! We know these early years are the starting point of a lifelong learning journey, and we’re honored to help lay the foundation 🧱💙.

We’re committed to creating a nurturing, engaging environment where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired. Our amazing educators work together to build strong connections with families and the community 🤝—because we know that learning is a team effort!

Here, students grow in more than just academics. We help them develop important life skills like independence 🚀, resilience 💪, and leadership 🗣️. While they may not be able to control everything around them, we empower them to take charge of what they can.

Our mission is to help every student reach their full potential—academically, socially, and emotionally. Along the way, we encourage them to explore their unique interests 🎨⚽🎶 and discover what lights them up inside ✨.

Together, we’re growing future leaders who are ready to thrive in school and beyond!

As a Watts student, your child will cultivate a love for learning, spark their curiosity, and build a strong foundation for lifelong education while also developing their social and emotional skills. We are a Capturing Kids' Hearts school. Beyond the classroom, they have the opportunity to explore their interests or discover new passions through a variety of clubs, programs, and organizations.

Depending on your address, your student will progress through 5th and 6th grade at Jordan Intermediate or Wilder Intermediate, they not only build a stronger academic base but also broaden their social circles and experiences.

As their academic foundation expands in the classroom at Dobie Junior High or Corbett Junior High their circle of friends and experiences will grow through athletics, fine arts, UIL contests, National Junior Honors Society, and more.

At Byron P Steele II High School or Clemens High School, your child will excel academically and socially while embracing traditions and memories that will last throughout their life. Your child has the freedom and support to pursue their passions in a variety of nationally recognized programs, organizations and clubs from athletics to JROTC, band, dance, photography, UIL and more.
