Summer Hours:  Allison Steele will close June 25th and will re-open July 14th.  

Mon. through Thurs. 8:00 am-12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm – Please call ahead.

Mr. Joey Trevino, Principal, will be available starting July 14th - Mrs. Kay Hill, Campus Secretary, will be available starting July 21st - Ms. Susan English, Counselor, will be available starting July 31st.

Voicemail will be checked periodically throughout the closure. 

Pre-Registration for 25-26 / PREP Day Monday, August 4th: 

All SCUCISD students were required to complete 2025-26 student Information Verification through Skyward this spring at the campus they were attending. All data from Clemens and Byron Steele students will automatically transfer to Allison Steele via Skyward when students are enrolled in August.  Please make sure you have completed this before PREP Day. 

Allison Steele PREP Day is scheduled for Monday August 4th,

from 8:30 to 11:30 and 1:00-3:00.

ALL new and returning students are required to attend this PREP Day.  If you are a minor, 17 and under, a parent or legal guardian must be with you on PREP Day. Tasks to complete on PREP Day:

Complete your student information card

Confirm your AM or PM attendance time

Take your ID photo

Complete a lunch application

Parents /guardians sign permission for STAAR tutoring for students not passing EOCs (HB4545)

 Meet your Communities in Schools counselor and sign the permission form

Verify student information through Skyward

Complete your transportation request form

 

First Day of School / New Bell Schedule: 

On August 14, 2025, all students will attend during their assigned attendance time.  The AM class is 9:00 AM – 1:24 PM. The PM class is 11:51 AM –4:15 PM. You will receive your class schedule on that day.

 

Transcript Requests: On your mobile, please go to the Allison L. Steele webpage, click on menu, then click on Counselor+ and then scroll down and click transcript requests. On your computer, you will go to the Allison L. Steele webpage. You will click on the menu in the upper right corner. Click on the Counselor+ link. Once on the counselor webpage, you will click on the transcript request form. These requests will be processed throughout the summer. 

 

Power of Attorney (often required when minor student does not live with parent)

Or Affidavit of Residency (often required when student/family does not live in their own home/apt):

Students who had a Power of Attorney or Affidavit of Student Residency for the 2024-25 school year must have a new one completed for the 2025-26 school year.  Affidavit of Residency and Power of Attorney forms may be picked up at Allison Steele prior to or at registration.  These forms need to be notarized.

TEA Forms (needed for Drivers License and Permit):

Students needing a TEA form must personally come to the school office during listed hours and pick up a form.  Students must meet the required attendance law to receive their TEA form.  These forms are based on a student’s last 90 days of attendance.  If you have been enrolled at Allison Steele for fewer than 90 days, you need to get this form from your previous school.
