🐻📖 Adventure awaits at the Green Valley Scholastic Book Fair! Shop great books October 1-8 and join us for Family Night on October 7.

Learning the writing process has never been so engaging! Our 2nd graders brainstormed animal ideas, drafted their creations using clay, revised by adding details, edited for accuracy, and published their final masterpieces. Through creativity, collaboration, and reflection, students experienced each stage of the writing process while building confidence as young authors. #SCUCLearns #CreativeClassrooms #WeAreSCUC

Our 4th grade readers are hard at work in their book groups! Students are actively annotating as they read, recording their observations, and generating questions that help deepen their understanding of the text. By exploring author’s purpose and identifying themes, they are building strong comprehension skills and engaging in thoughtful conversations with their peers. Learning comes alive when students are curious, collaborative, and reflective. #SCUCLearns #LiteracyInAction #WeAreSCUC
