Meet Tristan! 💛
Two years ago, when Tristan was only 4 years old, he got very sick. His family had noticed a small bump on his body and knew something wasn’t right. After many doctor visits, Tristan went to the hospital, where the doctors discovered that he had cancer.
Tristan needed surgery and special medicine called chemotherapy to help fight the cancer. He had to be very brave, just like his favorite superhero, Spider-Man! 🕷️❤️
The medicine helped Tristan beat cancer, and today he is in remission, which means the doctors can’t find cancer in his body! 🎗️💛
The strong medicine that helped him also caused him to lose his hearing, so Tristan now wears hearing aids to help him hear.
Today, Tristan is 6 years old and in first grade! He loves Spider-Man SO much that he wants to wear Spider-Man clothes every day. 😂🕷️
Tristan has been through a lot, but he keeps smiling, playing, learning, and being his awesome self.
To us, Spider-Man may be a superhero in the movies, but Tristan is our real-life superhero! 🕷️💛🎗️
