A fiber line serving Schlather was cut this morning, resulting in an internet outage that has taken our Raptor visitor screening system offline. Because student safety remains our top priority, the campus is closed to visitors at this time.
We understand this is disappointing for families who planned to join their children for lunch today. The Raptor system is essential to verifying that all visitors are cleared to be on campus, and without it, we are unable to welcome guests inside.

We are still able to check out students using Skyward to verify right-to-transport permissions completed during registration.
Phone Lines Unavailable
Phone lines on campus are also unavailable; however, calls placed to the campus at 210-619-4300 will be routed to an off-site location so they can be answered.
