Rock Out Against Drugs!

Red Ribbon Week with Daily Themes

Get ready to dress up and make a bold, drug-free statement!

Red Ribbon Week is the nation’s largest and longest-running drug awareness and prevention campaign. Each year, communities and schools wear red ribbons and participate in activities to show their commitment to living drug-free.

Here’s a look at the exciting spirit days planned for Steele this week:

  • Monday, 10/20: Tune Out Drugs

    • Theme: Dress as your favorite music genre! Whether it’s rock, pop, country, or classical, let your music style shout, "I'm drug-free!"

  • Tuesday, 10/21: Drugs are No Match

    • Theme: Wear matching outfits with your friends! Show how working together and sticking with good friends helps you stay strong against negative influences.

  • Wednesday, 10/22: Drugs are Performative

    • Theme: Wear your best performative outfits. This is your chance to showcase your unique style—think your favorite accessories, trendy gear like tote bags, or any outfit that expresses your true, original self!

  • Thursday, 10/23: Drugs are Ridiculous

    • Theme: Wear your most ridiculous and mismatched outfit! Embrace the silly and show that drug use is an absurd choice.

  • Friday, 10/24: Drug-Free is Classy

    • Theme: Show your class pride by wearing your class color:

      • Class of 2026: Silver

      • Class of 2027: Red

      • Class of 2028: Blue

      • Class of 2029: Green

Students and staff are encouraged to participate in all themed days to demonstrate their collective pledge to make positive, healthy choices. Let’s make this Red Ribbon Week the most vibrant and memorable one yet!
