We’re hosting another SCUC Town Hall—this time with a focus on the recent legislative session and what it means for our district.

Superintendent Paige Meloni will be joined by Sophie Torres, Regional Advocacy Director with Raise Your Hand Texas, to provide timely insights into the current state of public education in Texas.

• Ms. Torres will provide an update on the outcomes of the 89th Legislative Session and explain what those decisions mean for school districts across the state.
• Superintendent Meloni will then share how these changes specifically impact SCUC ISD and outline how the district plans to respond.
