We had a great day kicking off our Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)! Our teams dug into what PLCs are, why they matter, and how we will make them work for our Tigers.
At the heart of our PLC work is a simple belief: when teachers have clarity about what students need to learn and confidence in how to get them there, incredible things happen.

Students were learning about the writing process while competing between table groups in a fun, fast-paced game. Activities like this turn learning into something students can get excited about while still building important skills.
