FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) is a national student organization that helps young people develop leadership skills, explore career pathways, and make a positive impact in their schools and communities. Through hands-on projects, competitions, and community service, members learn about family and consumer sciences, teamwork, and leadership while preparing for their futures. See Ms. Morales or Ms. E for more information. Membership forms will be in their room or on the stage.

Get ready to smile! Just a friendly reminder that tomorrow, Thursday, August 21st, is Picture Day. Make sure you're prepared with your best smile and a great outfit. We can't wait to see everyone!

Student IDs were issued today during Cougar Time. Students must wear their ID at all times and need it to attend athletic events, school dances, and other activities.

Students who have a lanyard from home they'd prefer to use can return the school-issued one to the library.

If your student did not receive an ID, it is because there wasn't a school photo available from the previous year. Students with missing photos can have their picture taken in the library before or after school, or during lunch.


After school picture day, students will be able to get a new ID with a current photo. If an ID is lost or misplaced, a replacement can be purchased on MySchoolBucks.

This unified communications platform is designed to keep parents and guardians informed and encourage greater engagement and connection. It provides a safe way for district administrators, school principals, teachers, staff, and parents to:

We want to send a friendly reminder about our school's dress code. We've shown grace over the first two days of school, but we'll begin enforcing the dress code starting this Monday, August 18th.

Please take a moment to review these key policies with your student to ensure they're dressed for success each school day:
- Pajama pants and slippers/house shoes are not permitted.
- Shorts, skirts, and dresses must be mid-thigh length or longer.
- Low-cut tops and crop tops are not allowed.

These guidelines help us maintain a safe, focused learning environment for everyone. We appreciate your partnership in making sure all students are following the dress code.
