It was a good day for the DECA programs at Samuel Clemens High School and Byron P. Steele High School, as each campus program received a $6,550 scholarship check at The Chamber Luncheon meeting held in the Schertz Civic Center on September 17, 2024. The proceeds are from the annual Caterpillar Chamber Bowl held at Fiesta Lanes in New Braunfels in August. Those funds will be used to help students from each campus attend state and national competitions. The SCUC Education Foundation served as one of the many team sponsors for the event.

Superintendent Paige Meloni makes sure she lets students know she's crazy about them. #ChampionForStudents

Congrats to talented Samuel Clemens junior, Emma Jenkins, who won a t-shirt design contest held by our partners, the Schertz Police Department. Emma’s creativity is a gift to our community and will soon be on display for all to see.
