Our partners with Communities in Schools (CIS) organized a Mental Health Mile for students to participate in during morning classes. Students were invited to walk the track at Lehnhoff Stadium and visit booths from community partners, including the George Ricks School-based Health Clinic here in Schertz. Hand-drawn signs from students promoted positive messages about the importance of taking care of one's self, including mental health.

Our CTE courses provide real world career experiences for our students. Law enforcement class conducting routine traffic stops with the assistance of our Guadalupe County Constables. #GoBuffs #Champions 💛🏆💙

Clemens golf had themselves a day. Clemens girls took 1st place today by 36 strokes. All four girls shot personal best. Carli Moy 76(1st), Jordan Arnold 80(2nd), Lyla Pevoto 83(4th), Abigail Bailey 95 (10th). Another great day to be a Buff! #GoBuffs #Champions 💛🏆💙

This year, the Texas Association of Future Educators (TAFE) chapter at Samuel Clemens High School had 14 students qualify for State competition. We are proud to announce that Ty’shae Brown, Kris Pena, and Evelyn Rainer advanced to National competition, the highest honor in TAFE. Way to Go Buffs! #GoBuffs #Champions 💛🏆💙

VASE STATE QUALIFIERS 17 Clemens students are moving on to state. 1000 pieces went to Region VASE and only 84 total pieces are moving on which means our students made up 20% of the students making state. 👏🏽 Big shout out to all of our 2-D and 3-D students that submitted work.
