Reminder: This Thursday is Cougar Camp
This event is for incoming 7th graders and new to Dobie 8th graders. Please plan to drop off/pick up your child at whichever session works best for your family's schedule or the entire length of one of the session. Teachers, Admin and other student leaders will be at the door to welcome and guide them. We know they will be nervous so we will take good care of them!
The pre-registration form is now active for Regular Ed buses. SpEd and Dual Language routes will be finished next week.

Football season is almost here!
The academic day has been lengthened by 5 minutes for the 2024-2025 school year.
This week Dobie FCCLA traveled to Seattle, WA for the 2024 National Leadership conference! In between competing and completing leadership sessions, students got to explore the city and network with other chapters from across the nation.
We would like to extend a congratulations to Savannah P. who placed SECOND PLACE in the nation for Job Interview. Congratulations to AJ N., Jillian B., Nathan J., Elaina G. who placed Gold! With silver we have Kassandra M., Jason M., Bella G., Bethany L., Ava N., and Brianna U. And with Bronze we have Maddie G., Jason S., Asa P., Davis M., and Caden G.

Mr. Carter and Mrs. Nieves’ 7th grade science students created their own planets. Today they got to show off their work with a gallery walk in the library.
