Student IDs were issued today during Cougar Time. Students must wear their ID at all times and need it to attend athletic events, school dances, and other activities.

Students who have a lanyard from home they'd prefer to use can return the school-issued one to the library.

If your student did not receive an ID, it is because there wasn't a school photo available from the previous year. Students with missing photos can have their picture taken in the library before or after school, or during lunch.

After school picture day, students will be able to get a new ID with a current photo. If an ID is lost or misplaced, a replacement can be purchased on MySchoolBucks.

Dear Families,

Last school year, we adopted a new form of school-to-home communication called ParentSquare. This unified communications platform is designed to keep parents and guardians informed and encourage greater engagement and connection. It provides a safe way for district administrators, school principals, teachers, staff, and parents to:

- Send and receive school and class information
- Share pictures and files
- See calendar items
- Sign up to volunteer
- Schedule parent-teacher conferences and much more . . . all in one centralized place!

All district and school, grade level and classroom information will now be sent to your computer or phone via email and/or text. For even more convenience, download the ParentSquare app (available for free for iOS and Android devices).

Have questions? Click the question mark in the top right corner of the desktop version or the Help tab on the app (tap the triple bar icon at the top left) to find answers to most of your questions.

----
Estimadas familias:

We hope your student had a great first few days back to school!

We want to send a friendly reminder about our school's dress code. We've shown grace over the first two days of school, but we'll begin enforcing the dress code starting this Monday, August 18th.

Please take a moment to review these key policies with your student to ensure they're dressed for success each school day:
- Pajama pants and slippers/house shoes are not permitted.
- Shorts, skirts, and dresses must be mid-thigh length or longer.
- Low-cut tops and crop tops are not allowed.

These guidelines help us maintain a safe, focused learning environment for everyone. We appreciate your partnership in making sure all students are following the dress code.
